so this is the finished thing...
I am not very good at colors (balance between colors, a focus center, etc) so critics and comments are more than welcome. as I have said in the two details of this picture, it is my vision of "The phantom of the opera" (I imagined it as the novel's cover)...so it is my imagination with the exception of the up-left corner: it is the interior of THAT Opera house which I painted after a photo well...I hope it is pretty...the Ayami Kojima style didn't come out as good as i wished... their skins were the most important part and they are not as smooth and glowed as Ayami's ...but i guess it requires tones of practice... and something about the symbols I've used: the black roses, whose thorns come out from his "damaged area", represent his obsession for her...but his love, deep down inside, is pure => the white rose he is holding acrylics on paper |
